Tom Spiggle will join a list of notable speakers on Feb. 2, 2018 at the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA)’s 2018 CLE Conference at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Spiggle will join Christine Webber with Cohen Milstein and Alan Kabat from Bernabei & Kabat, PLLC on a panel to talk about discovery issues in employment litigation. Other panels speaking at tomorrow’s event will talk about related topics including title VII retaliation, litigation sanctions, gender identity discrimination, and summary judgement.
MWELA is made up of about 300 lawyers who represent people in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is the local affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
