After school, Brian began his professional career as a patent prosecution specialist and was quickly promoted into a leadership role. Since, he has spent over 20 years working in various law firms in Washington, DC, mainly within the Intellectual Property sector. 15 plus years of that experience have been in leadership roles, focusing on team building while managing large groups of staff and firm-wide projects. Specifically, managing practice group workflows, budgets and profitability, creating efficient work environments, implementing cost saving policies/procedures, and improving client (internal and external) satisfaction. His experiences managing practice groups in various firms have afforded him a deep understanding of the profitability structure of law firms.

Brian lives in Northern VA and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three amazing beautiful children. They could usually be found at youth sporting events, working on art projects, mapping out future adventures or just relaxing together.
