About Michael:
Michael Ludwig is an Attorney within both the Federal Sector and General Litigation Group at the Spiggle Law Firm. His practice focuses on providing representation to both public and private sector employees in all phases of pre and post litigation, including settlement negotiations, administrative proceedings, and federal and state court proceedings.
Michael represents employees before the EEOC and MSPB through suspension and termination proceedings. The matters are generally focused on violations of law relating to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. He also represents employees in age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and accommodation/discrimination claims under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Michael has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 2016 and has a passion for employment law and zealously representing clients who have been discriminated against and/or retaliated against by their employers. Michael has years of experience representing both private and public sector employees and specializes in representing Federal Sector employees due to his legal education and experience representing clients within the Washington, D.C. area. Michael has represented clients in all phases of pre and post litigation and has negotiated numerous settlement agreements with both private and public sector employers.
