Today we will cover MSPB an imprtant topic for those who feel they were unfairly fired from their federal job.The Spiggle Law Firm was recently named one of the fastest-growing law firms
in the country by the 2018 Law Firm 500. This award recognizes small law firms across the

success.

“Our clients come to us in the worst hours of their careers and we help get them back on track,”
said Tom Spiggle, founder of the Spiggle Law Firm and a former federal prosecutor. “Our
success as a business is directly related to how well our clients are doing, and this award is really
a testament to that.”

In October, the third Law Firm 500 recognized the Spiggle Law Firm on its 2018 list of
honorees, making it the fastest-growing firm on the list that is devoted exclusively to
representing employees. Honorees were verified by outside certified accounting firm Fiske &
Company.

Since its founding in 2009, the Spiggle Law firm has expanded, with offices in Washington,
D.C.; Arlington, Va.; and Bethesda, Md. It now also offers a “Legal Leverage Program,” which
guides potential clients and others who may have felt wronged by an employer through the
process of fighting for restitution.

In the list of law firms nationwide, the Spiggle Law Firm ranked at 124, with a growth rate of
117 percent, meaning it more than doubled its gross revenue over the last three years.
Additionally, attorneys at the Spiggle Law Firm over the years have been published in top
national publications, expanded their services to various communities across fives states and
upheld a record of excellent service to clients.

“The last year has really brought about a sea change on the issue of sexual harassment and
discrimination in the workplace,” added Spiggle. “We’re proud of the work that we’ve done to
help employees restore their lives and their careers after these kinds of problems.”

Earlier this year, Spiggle was also recognized for his work in Virginia as a “Super Lawyer” by
