ABOUT SETH ADAM Meinero

Seth Adam brings a creative mind and a fierce dedication to justice to every client he represents.

His legal career began at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where he worked on
equal employment opportunity cases and handled over 30 appeals in federal sector cases before the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His efforts earned him six EPA Bronze Medals for
commendable service.

He later served nearly two decades at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), including as an
Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. He prosecuted a range of offenses, from
misdemeanor assaults to attempted murders, and argued appeals before the D.C. Court of Appeals.
He went on to become a national leader in DOJ programs that focused on reducing violent crime,
combating the opioid crisis, and dismantling transnational criminal organizations.
From 2021 to 2023, Seth Adam was part of DOJ’s high-profile prosecutions related to the January 6,
2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. He successfully tried one January 6 defendant to a felony
conviction. In over 18 years at DOJ, he was recognized with multiple office and national awards for
his outstanding service.

Seth Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from
Howard University School of Law. Outside the office, he’s an artist at heart—he paints, writes
music, cooks Italian cuisine, landscapes, and designs elaborate holiday cards. His passion for
fairness and his creative thinking make him a powerful advocate for the clients of The Spiggle Law
Firm.
