Our Mission
At The Spiggle Law Firm, we help employees overcome some of the most difficult moments in their careers. Whether it is wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, or negotiating severance agreements, we fight for our clients with skill and empathy. Our goal is to help every client move forward with confidence and strength.
Why Richmond
Richmond is a dynamic city with a diverse workforce. By opening an office here, we will make it easier for individuals across Central Virginia to access the legal support they need to protect their rights in the workplace.
Our Core Values
We are guided by values that shape every decision we make:
- Engaged Teamwork: We collaborate as one firm to achieve the best results.
- Compassionate Communication: We listen, guide, and support with care.
- Relentless Problem Solving: We work tirelessly and think creatively to find solutions.
- Growth Oriented: We adapt and improve as employment law evolves.
Looking Ahead
The official opening of our Richmond office will take place in September. We will share more details in the weeks ahead and look forward to welcoming the community soon.
At The Spiggle Law Firm, we are committed to standing by employees as they protect their rights and their futures. With our expansion into Richmond, we are proud to bring that commitment to even more people across Virginia.
