The firm is founded

2013
All in on employees
The firm narrows its practice to one side of the table: representing employees in employment disputes and workplace matters.
2014
You’re Pregnant? You’re Fired!
Tom Spiggle publishes a book on pregnancy and family-responsibilities discrimination, bringing the firm’s work to a national audience.
2016
Growing across the region
The firm expands its office footprint and its library of plain-language resources for employees.
2021
A new Alexandria home
The firm moves into a new Alexandria headquarters as the team and its client services continue to grow.
