Ross Joseph Fodera is an Associate Attorney within both the Federal Sector and General Litigation Group at the Spiggle Law Firm. His practice focuses on providing representation to both public and private sector employees in all phases of pre and post litigation, including settlement negotiations, administrative proceedings, and federal and state court proceedings.

ABOUT ROSS RODERA

Ross represents employees in EEOC and MSPB proceedings generally focused on violations of law relating to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under various federal civil rights laws and their state law equivalents. 

Ross has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 2020 and has a passion for civil rights and defending employees from discrimination and retaliation by their employers. Since joining the firm in August 2023, Ross has exclusively represented employees throughout the DMV area for claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as state law equivalents. Ross comes to the Spiggle Law Firm with experience in worker’s compensation from the DC Department of Employment Services where he worked as a law clerk to multiple ALJs, as well as research positions focused on religious discrimination in the workplace. 

Ross is currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is eligible to assist on matters in Maryland and Virginia under the supervision of other Spiggle Law Firm attorneys.
