Run 4 Your Dad

Being a father is hard work. Between household chores, being a chauffeur for the kids, and attending your children’s extracurricular activities, there’s not much time to devote to yourself. The Spiggle Law Firm supports fathers in all their efforts to balance family life and work. That is why this year we sponsored the Run 4 Your Dad Father’s Day Four Miler on June 16th to honor fathers all over DC and Virginia and the hard work they put in to being a role model for their children.

The Run 4 Your Dad Father’s Day Four Miler benefited  the Safety And Health Foundation and was presented by DC Capital Striders. The Safety And Health Foundation provides CPR and first aid training to race volunteers to keep all racers healthy and safe.

All dads, step-dads, father figures, mentors, and grandfathers were invited to run or cheer for their children. To learn more about this race, visit the Run 4 Your Dad website.
