Bio
Nicole is a strategic thinker and passionate advocate for her clients. She is dedicated to public service and comes to Spiggle Law after two years at Maryland Legal Aid’s Baltimore City and Prince George’s County Offices where she represented clients in consumer law, bankruptcy, and housing cases as well as wage theft and employment discrimination cases.
While at Legal Aid, Nicole received the 2020 Diane Kinslow Award for dedicated client service. She takes pride in having helped Marylanders stay in their homes in the face of eviction or foreclosure, avoid the attempted collection of expired debt, and obtain wages owed from past employers. Nicole has also done environmental enforcement work with the Maryland State Attorney General’s Office and civil rights work with the ACLU of Florida, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Office of Federal Operations, and the National Women’s Law Center.
In a prior life, Nicole was a public school teacher in New York City and a personal trainer specializing in pre-and post-natal fitness and endurance athletes.

You can find Nicole around New York or D.C. looking for new ways to combine her love of outdoor activities, food, and wine, or trolling for vintage clothing and records at Eastern Market with her boys—spouse, son, and fur baby—in tow.
