About Steven:
Steven Anderson is an Attorney within the Federal Sector Group at the Spiggle Law Firm. His practice focuses on providing representation to both public and private sector employees.
Steven represents employees before the EEOC and MSPB through suspension and termination proceedings. The matters are generally focused on violations of law relating to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. He also represents employees in age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and accommodation/discrimination claims under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Prior to joining the Spiggle Law Firm, Steven worked for two small litigation firms in northern Virginia, where he gained vital experience at all stages of the pre and post litigation process, primarily in the field of employment law. With a strong passion for employment litigation, he excels in assisting wronged employees and guiding them through the legal process.
