About Kristen:
Kristen Farr is the Lead Attorney within the Federal Sector Group at the Spiggle Law Firm. Her practice focuses on providing representation to both public and private sector employees.
As Lead Attorney, Kristen is responsible for the supervision of the firm’s Federal Sector Group. She represents employees before the EEOC and MSPB through suspension and termination proceedings. The matters are generally focused on violations of law relating to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
She also represents employees in age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and accommodation/discrimination claims under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Kristen has over a decade of experience advocating for public and private sector employees. After a two-year clerkship with an administrative law judge at the U.S. Department of Labor and a short stint in Big Law, Kristen worked as an associate at an employee-side law firm outside of Chicago. Back on the East Coast, she spent four years at a firm dedicated to representing federal sector employees before the EEOC and the MSPB before joining the Spiggle Law Firm.
