About Ashley :

Ashley Wilson is an Attorney for the General Litigation Group and Federal Sector Team at the Spiggle Law Firm. Her practice focuses on providing representation to both public and private sector employees in all phases of pre and post litigation including settlement negotiations, administrative proceedings, and federal and state court proceedings.

Ashley focuses primarily on matters involving discrimination and/or retaliation claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 relating to race, sex, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination; and under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Rehabilitation Act for claims relating to disabilities/accommodations.

Before moving to the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area in 2013, Ashley grew up in Oklahoma. Always dreaming of being an advocate, Ashley was a member of the Trial Teams for her high school, college, and law school. Ashley’s interest in and love for employment law bloomed during the COVID-19 pandemic when many people were facing job loss, unsafe working conditions, and uncertainty related to their employment. Having graduated from GWU with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Ashley has a particular passion for discrimination cases related to mental health disabilities.
